Customer service is sucksnI came from Coquitlam and car wash is not open I ask him why u didn’t update he told me he don’t have access and they he rudely hang up on phone that’s completely unexpected they teach there employees that how to talk with Customers they came from another country and they did not know how to talk and work here I don’t understand what type of manger’s are working there who hire them and make bad customer experience for customer I will never ever come to this place and I will inform my all colleagues and family members to not show up this location
Good location and newly gas station with car wash. Used EV charger one day and now it’s been offline and dead for about a week. Asked the attendant and he tried to reboot. Said they have to call for a service tech to look at it. A new EV chargers not working ‍ or that they turned off the power. Unreliable
Big thank you to Vijay who I believe was manning the station by himself this morning. We went for a car wash but the machine stopped functioning soon after it instructed us to pull up and stop. We called the store and Vijay hurried over to assist us as soon as he could. He reset the system and we had to loop back and go in again, waiting in line. As I already used my car wash code for the failed wash he had to give me a new code. He couldn’t come back out with a code as again, he was on his own and there were customers coming in. He called me back before our turn was up to print us a new code. We appreciate his hustle and his assistance.
I purchased Ultimate Wash and my car wasn’t that dirty. The car wash was slow.nnYou drive in and park as machine washes your car. It spayed water, soap, and other liquid chemicals.nnMy car did not look clean. Lots of residual dirt left. Will never come back.
