Sheepdog Crossfit has given me the opportunity to get in the best shape of my life. The support of the community and the expertise of the coaches have pushed me physically and mentally to a place of extreme gratitude and happiness. Great box to come train at where I feel welcomed with my two young children. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to manage their stress, have fun and improve their overall health!

Sheepdog Crossfit offers an amazing opportunity to push yourself and your fitness to new heights in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. The brand new facility is fantastic with a second floor dedicated to kids and teens so the whole family can work out together. If you live in the Tri-Cities communities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody), do yourself a favour and check out what they offer for personal fitness and mobility.

I was a visiting crossfitter and this place truly embodies the camaraderie of the CrossFit community. They always showed me the utmost hospitality and even let me try out their Strongman equipment giving me one on one coaching. Speaking of which, I believe this is the only Crossfit gym in the Tri-Cities area that has access to Strongman implements like yokes, logs, stones etc. So if that's something that catches your fancy these are the people to go see! Seb and Chris are people that I have the pleasure of knowing personally and are always willing to lend their considerable expertise in the pursuit of physical excellence. Any time I'm in the area I know that I'll be paying these fine folk a visit!
