30 Minute Hit

30 Minute Hit is such a great workout and in an amazing, supportive environment. Laura and her team are awesome at motivating you to reach new levels of fitness every time you go. Combos and stations are always modified to keep it interesting. I've been going for almost two years now and feel stronger and fitter than I ever have. Go do a few trial!!!!

The trainers at the Poco Hit are AMAZING! They always make you feel welcome and are the best motivators.The trainers take the time to always address you by name and make you feel special. They know exactly how to challenge you and push you to work as hard as you can. Every time I workout I feel successful and leave with a smile on my face! Coming to the 30 Minute Hit is the best part of my day! :)

I absolutely LOVE all the trainers here. They are so encouraging and always push you to your limit. I always know I'm going to walk in and have an awesome workout. It's so fun and rewarding that I recommend this 30 Minute Hit to everyone!!!!

Love it! Only half an hour out of my day and everyone is awesome at switching up each station so it never gets boring. Been going for a year now and it fits in easily with my always changing schedule!

30 Minute Hit is the best part of my day. Once Im done my workout I feel stress free. Its a welcoming environment and a fun place to be!
