First time here and I wasn’t completely sure what to get. I asked the male employee a couple questions, who informed me and was quite pleasant. The female employee seemed like she didn’t want to be there and appeared to be annoyed. She needs to put on a smile and be a lot friendlier! Food was very fresh and delicious!
Tried the Felafel wrap and chicken shawarma.. overall not bad, could have been a little friendlier, and the wraps were pretty small compared to other places we've tried. Felafel were green which was odd, and they were a little greasy, but flavor was ok. Overall not bad, but there are better places for the money, probably would go somewhere else next time.
I tried their chicken shawarma wrap and it was one of the best in GTA. It had generous amount of toppings with nice and creamy garlic sauce. Shawarma chicken had a nice flavor and the bread was slightly crispy which I really liked. Customer service was very good. The girl behind the counter was courteous and the guy making our shawarma was polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the whole place had a welcoming vibe. I'll definitely return to try other stuff on their menu next time.
me and my mom went there for lunch last week. we ordered the mix chicken and beef family meal. we were about when my mom suddenly told me there's a hair that was like curled up in a carrot. we demanded a refund because we already don't feel comfortable with a remake of food. it was our first and will be the last time visiting that place.
We got the chicken shawarma wrap. It was different bread they use. I think instead of pita it’s almost like paratha which gives it a different texture and flavour to the shawarma. Defiantly will be coming back to Ty different item on the menu Instagram Tneats
Quality and Quantity is poor. More expensive than other local shawarma places. I am regretting eating here as I am typing this. Food safety is questionable too.
Muhammed was amazing he made us the freshest Felafel and my wife have a very delicious vegetable and Felafel Lunch they were kind to also let us sample their soup which was amazing. Prices were very reasonable and food out of this world. Please come visit and you will enjoy 100%. Thanks guys made my day.
UPDATE 2022: prices went up a lot and quantities went down. 5$ for a small container of fries. Not worth it at all. They don’t use SAJJ bread for the wraps anymore even though they’re still advertised as “SAJJ.” Regular tortilla wraps are used now. Not worth the price. I will not be making the trip for this place I used to enjoy quiet a bit before. Staff is also undertrained. This place was once really good, not anymore. This place opened just 4 months ago ! One of the cleanest restaurants I have been to ..!! The owner / chef - Mohamed Samir is very sweet and friendly. He patiently listened and made sure all our requests were fulfilled. We ordered shawarma, Syrian chicken plate and poutine. All the items were good. A special mention about the baklava - I never leave any opportunity to try baklava in any place, I am glad I did it here. It’s the best ever - correct amount of sweetness. The price of a box is only 5.99 cheapest and guarantees best taste.
Restaurant showed that it was open but when we went there in the afternoon it was closed! Also prior to that I had a bad experience as when we ordered a platter that was on the menu, they said they cannot make it because they need 24 hour notice. We had gotten that platter before during Ramadan and before Ramadan and didn't require notice. I guess it was good when it first opened but has bad service now. Food is good whenever it is available for you to get it
