As far as food it’s mediocre and can do way better esp with how expensive it is. One waffle is 10 and some change while a waffle with syrup and butter is 12 and some change, a 2 dollar difference for just syrup and butter. In my opinion that’s quite ridiculous and made me go for a more affordable meal on the menu. My waitress was super nice and actually forgot to place my appetizer before the entrees so she gave my bf and I complimentary pieces of whatever choice of pie.

I'm giving the restaurant two stars because our waitress was very sweet with my girls. Other then that, the food was pretty bland. We ordered the sampler appetizer that included chips, quesadillas and chicken strips. The chips were super soft. You could literally tear them apart and it wouldn't break. Unfortunately they were very undercooked. The quesadillas and chicken strips were both mediocre and just tasted like they were previously frozen. Our drinks were never refilled and we had to ask. The milkshake was good but just not the best in town. My daughter also wasn't happy about the bits of cold sprinkled cheese on top of her macaroni. We'll probably find somewhere else for lunch next time!

I ate here for breakfast multiple days because it was close to my hotel and it was fantastic! The staff were super friendly - we had Stephanie as our waitress for 2 out of 3 days and she was just the sweetest! Food was delicious - great breakfast for great prices. Always left full. Had the Dutch Apple Milkshake and it was delicious 10/10 recommend. Love this place! Features: All staff wearing masks the entire time.

The facility was clean, staffing was a little off, we waited to be seated so that a staff member done with their shift could say her goodbyes. Once seated, the prime rib that we had specifically gone to Shari's for was not available to our liking. We were told that it was leftover from the previous night's excess and would be reheated so would be cooked quite a bit more than we prefer. I contemplated leaving at that point but we stayed and went with the T-bones which didn't have much flavor and I had absolutely no filet mignon on my piece. It looked like there was a sliver but it was deception, it was bone. I have been a very happy customer of Shari's for many years and love visiting Oregon and Washington to be able to have more locations to go rather than my nearest in Sacramento, CA. I won't be back to this location and if I go to another location that has an issue with the prime rib, I'll just leave. The waiter was friendly, I guess since he was from a different location helping out this one.

Ordered the classic Benedict and got a child serving of hash brown.as well as the sauce was such a small amount I had to ask for another side of holiday sauce. Other than that the service was excellent and host was awesome. The cook needs to not be stingy.

This is their ultimate chicken fried steak. Not impressed at all. I guess dine in is better than doing take out. At least they will serve you good food instead of cheating. And I ordered broccoli instead of green beans. My husband CANNOT eat green beans. They didn’t even tell me they switch out the vegetables. Maybe it’s my fault, I should’ve checked. But lying to your customer on thanksgiving is just LOW. Is this how you THANK your customers for going to your restaurant. SHARI’s, you are better than this, HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE!!! Well, HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY! CHEATERS!!!

Service was a 5, they made a fresh pot decaf coffee for me and came back refilling my cup constantly. But my husband's biscuits and gravy left a lot to he desired. That is his favorite breakfast wherever we go but he couldn't finish it here because it wasn't very good. I had the cinnamon roll French toast but I have had better elsewhere. Will go back and try something else because Service so good.

Sugar-Free Berry Pie Slice was kind of small. Four dollars. Not going to order it again.

I ordered a peanut butter pie online, a chocolate pie was delivered. I called and spoke to Sarah who claims she’s the manager, she said I need to bring the pie back for them to switch it out. I asked about my delivery fee, she gave me and attitude and said that’s all she could do. I asked her how does it make sense that I had to pay a fee for their mistake and drive to deliver it back to them. She told me not cuss at herwhich I didn’t and hung up on me. I called back she accused me again and said if I have a problem then complain online. Terrible customer service and accusing a customer of cussing at you instead taking accountability is wild.

I love this place. The food is always good, service is always nice, and the place, despite the locations outside ambiance being the haunt for homeless drug addicts that seem to hound you for cash or cigarettes, is very clean inside. The server always seems to be able to spark a conversation and make one feel relaxed, I have been made to feel rushed even when the place is busy, it's never loud with conversation, yet the volume is more murmur then other places I have been where there seems to have been one or two patrons that can't talk with out yelling or managing a child's volume to the correct level of what I believe most call "the inside voice".
