Shari's Cafe and Pies

We had a good steak here - cooked perfectly as ordered. Large side salad. Also had breakfast - all the coffee you can hold. Loved the sausages and their hash browns are crispy and buttery. Friendly wait staff. Free pie with dinner on Wednesdays. This is a good choice for a chain restaurant.

Fast service even when the waitress was busy. The chef made great food and we enjoyed every bite. The waitress was good with the children and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very pleasant and attentive staff. Deal with rude customers very professionally. Would go back for the enjoyable service and atmosphere.

Not the same well-run, organized, or clean & neat restaurant of old. Since the previous manager left (Tim W.), this restaurant is a complete disappointment. Ordered oatmeal, Shari's does not stock brown sugar. Requested a Mimosa, but Shari's was out of champagne. Found out they ran out a full week prior. Pie case is not stocked and was a mess. The food is still good but the current management is falling down on the job. Too bad, used to be our favorite place to go for a sit-down meal.

Waiter was great, cook messed up the steak and was slow with getting other things out. Red headed chick kept offering a car seat sling that I didn’t want even though I already said no. Waitresses were loudly talking inappropriately and gossiping about customer instead getting stuff done. Very unprofessional staff. They fixed the steak, (the cook doesn’t know how to cook steak) and then at the end tried to charge us for two steak meals. This place is ridiculous have some damn pride in what you do.
