Shari's Cafe & Pies

Disappointing in every facet unfortunately. Staff were really friendly, but the server seemed harried despite more empty seats than occupied ones. Salad was wilted, which the server to her credit noticed and made mention of. Fish and chips we're fine, but fries were supposed to be rosemary or something and weren't. Wife's French dip was completely flavorless. Pie was over microwaved and inedibly hot......consequently it looked like a melted candle....it did at least taste good once it cooled. There are many better do diner choices. Would not return.

Good food but customer service needs a little bit more attention and this restaurant could use some deep cleaning. Some items sticky with syrup stains on roll up curtains. Stuff like that. Staff was great.... just time to do some scrubbing

The food was well prepared, but you get what you pay for, not bad for a chain like this. However the customer service was 5 star! Thanks for making me feel comfortable!

Service could be much better and hilariously, the main downside is the food. We've had to send it back multiple times and you can't even dress it up yourself. They'll offer you coffee but there won't be enough sugar and cream on the table. They'll give you hashbrowns, burgers and tots but there's no ketchup on the table either. We bought a whole pie there recently but it was undercooked, so I had to take it home and bake it myself. The lettuce on my burger was brown in places and not at all crispy, while the lettuce in the salad contained way too much of the rind which no one wants to eat. The croutons are bland and hard. They need to hire more waiters, and especially more waiters like that one black guy. He sat us down once and I was so disappointed when we instead wound up being served by a waitress who was impossible to flag down.
