Jim & Patty's Coffee

When you walk in the door it's unclear where to go since the registers are on opposite ends of the counters and nobody looks up to greet you. The cashier was wandering in circles and rather than waiting to take our whole order she would walk away every time to get each single item. That took 5 minutes. While the baked goods were of decent quality the coffee took over 15 minutes to appear. It was fabulous, but not 15 minutes to make 2 cups fabulous. Everyone looks like the rolled out of bed and onto the front line, totally sloppy and indifferent. Hair unbound, chewing gum, baggy pants, dirty shoes. I'm surprised they can pass their health inspections. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, and horrible shop. I will not be returning.

Get a Pig Newton! If you like spicy go for the Spicy Newton, a group of us voted the spicy was better. I always get just the original. The line and the wait are worth it for their coffee.

My absolute favorite coffee shop. The drinks are top notch, pastries are good and the breakfast food is amazing! Pig newtons have to be in my top 3 favorite foods. The staff is friendly and quick to help you. The prices are common for local coffee shops but they have a really good rewards program.

The best coffee shop chain in town. Great service, good coffee. Tasty snacks. The only downside is that it is frequently crowded, because it is a well-known and loved hangout.

Cool place, good coffee, good food However can get crowded in the main area (near the cash registers) would be more of a regular if I could afford eating out and coffee every day
