very upset with the service and drink quality. We have ordered three drinks and added Jelly and pearls. The jelly was so little then can't even feel when drinking. So we tell the customer service and he asked my son to try again. Then he damp all the drink to prove there was jelly after that he said can't make one more drink and ask my son to leave. Not until I go to the counter and bargain again repeatly said we can't paid and buy nothing. The CS keep saying that is our fault! Until another female CS made us another one! I would like to ask if the customer complain for too little jelly or pearl given? later on another customer also come to me and told me also he doesn't feel any jelly in his drink !!! I do think this shop have to review the quality of the drink
Horrible "bubble tea" - if you can even call it that. Our drinks had very low quality pearls that has upset our stomach for hours now, feeling nauseous.. Their honeydew drink took forever to make, but it's also because there was nothing natural about it - it was so fake that it looked like glow in the dark liquid when they mixed it in front of us - will never give my hard earned money to a Chatime ever again.. there are so many good boba places in Vancouver.
After reading some reviews here, I feel relieved lol since I won’t be the only one complaining, so here we go. First of all, we came here because this is the only bubble tea store we could find in this area. Though nobody really drinks their bubble tea where I live DT Van, as there are too many good competitors just on Robson St. It surprises me how busy this place is here. I guess no competition = good business. Second, the girl with purple hair, wow, the worse customer service experience I’ve had this year. Even though it’s only April, she definitely would be No.1 on the list for this entire year! She doesn’t say hi or anything, looks to the side - not look at you, she may be mute too as she doesn’t say a word, I have to tell her everything, cup size, add-on, drink, sugar/ice level, all in one sentence. She just looks very impatient/bored all the time. I feel bad for her to make a living here when she absolutely doesn’t want to. Anyway, drink is average, more expensive than I expected as I consider Chatime lower tier of bubble tea brand.

Staff was using phone, I was standing and waiting to order for good 2-3minutes, I need to make noises so she’s aware I am there waiting. After I ordered, she continued to use her phone. It took her awhile to make my drinks. This happened on August 01,2023 at 12:20pmService: 1/5
I've been to this location twice. Both experiences were not good. Both times I had the same cashier. She was not welcoming nor friendly. I ordered a passionfruit black tea regular ice, regular sweet the first time. What I recieved was very light ice room temp feel, not sweet, and I think I got the other passionfruit drink which was with seeds? I've my drink at other locations and didn't recieved this. I asked if it was my order and she said yes. I told her this is not what I ordered and she refused to get me a new one. And blamed me that is what I ordered. I threw it out I couldn't drink it. I thought I would give it another chance the 2nd time. I ordered a candied wintermelon iced tea. Which I've order before at a different location. The size, ice, and sweetness were correct. Tho instead of plain winter melon tea, I got winter melon tea latte. She checked that's my order and it was. When I complained that wasn't what I ordered. She told me that's what I asked for and gave me attitude. I took it and at least it tasted good but still... I won't be going back to this location. My fault for going back but at least I'm sure now.
I am Robin An, I am writing to apologize that my account have something wrong! That is a malicious lie! This bubble tea store is very amazing store!!!! I have been there every week with my kids!!! Their service is good. I like Taro milk tea!!! . Chatime !!Plz do not use my name to launch a smear review!!!!
Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before coming here as I might have not, and saved myself a lot of grief. The cashier was rude, got our order wrong and then proceeded to tell us that it was us, not her that got it wrong. Why the 2 stars then? the guy who made our drink and the other girl in the back tried to fix the mistake and offer actual customer service. While we appreciated the effort, the whole experience left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Why would you pick this woman to be the cashier - the first person who interacts with your customers? Will definitely not be back to this location. This is not our usual ChaTime experience from their other locations.
Good spot to get a quick tea. Lots of variety of tea and fruits options to choose from in hot or cold form. The Jasmine green milk tea is quite good.
Unsanitary and poor customer service. Staff is not properly cleaning their kitchen containers. Witnessed their staff washing a container and she barely scrubbed it just kind of patted it with soap here and there and just rinsed it off with water. It was pretty disgusting. Then upon placing my order, the staff had to reconfirm my order 2-3 times. Then when I got my order, another staff member asked me to check if there were any pearls in my drink, which is a weird request to ask a customer since they were the one that made my drink?? The drink itself tasted ok, but the pearls tasted like WATER with no sugar in them. I don't think they know how to make bubble tea. Also, judging by their other reviews, it is not uncommon for them to mess people's drinks up or make watery tasting drinks.
