My daughter visited S.O. for the first time this week to get her initial exam before braces.  The exam was complimentary, and equipment used was very high tech! The staff and Dr. Shannon were very friendly, happy and high energy, making my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease about her visit and what she can expect with treatment.  We were put on the schedule very quickly.  Office visits were prompt with no waiting.  Two days later she had braces applied, and was excited about all of the fun perks, rewards and point system for earning free gift cards during her treatment for keeping up with school grades, taking care of her teeth, wearing the t-shirt they gave her etc.!  Definitely recommend Shannon Orthodontics!   The staff seemed to have a great relationship with patients as they would ask about events or family members were going/doing in their lives as they were brought back to their exam room :)

I can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Shannon and his staff.  Everyone is beyond friendly and dedicated to getting my smile back to its previous perfect alignment.  Dr Shannon is extremely detailed in explaining the process and what the next steps will be for you a a patient.  Thank you so much!!!!

My daughter just started treatment with Dr. Shannon and we are so pleased with our decision! He is so personable and easily explains processes and procedures as needed.  He seems up to date with the latest tech and information and excited to pass that on to his patients!  His whole office from check-in to appointment is smooth running and welcoming. Terri is my daughter's chairside assistant and she is wonderful! She too takes any time needed for all questions and makes the experience calm and positive for my daughter while in the chair! Highly recommend Dr. Shannon and his team!

He takes time to explain what he wants to do and why.  He also has the ability to create his own appliances for each person that will best benefit the patient.  I highly recommend them!

I LOVE SHANNON ORTHODONTICS! Dr. Shannon and his team are so awesome and have done such a great job on my smile the past 6 months. Shana Dood is a great assistant and always make each appointment enjoyable. With that being said every single person who works there is friendly and really cares about their patients. You won't be disappointed if you go to Shannon Ortho!
