Welcome Home!
We've been Shakin' your world since 1986 when we came home to shake up the local food and beverage scene. Award-winning worldly foods, vintage wines and Brown Spirits to accompany Cigars in a former speak-easy and Brothel once owned by Capone. Unique vibe in an historic building with talented staff. Cheers. Still only 90 miles from Chicago.

An eccentric yet awesome place that I would love to return to. As a known haunted building they offer ghost tours and have an on site palm reader. Great cocktail selection. The vibe is cool without crossing into hipster. The cigar selection was lacking though. But the experience was unique.

Excellent experience; would recommend! The staff was very attentive and clearly cared about patrons having a good time. Our tour guide was Andrea, who was a fantastic guide and occasionally stopped to ask if we had any questions and added little details throughout the tour. As a non-believer, I think this is a fun experience for anyone. A little bit of a pricey experience, but definitely worth it!

Food is amazing 5 star! The owner Bob is great host! If anything you have to go for the atmosphere the building the allure of the history! Tonights entertainment (Pinkerton) really completed the experience!

Good drinks and food, but on the pricey side. Staff was nice and attentive. The cigar selection is small but we'll selected, though the prices are very inflated. You can carry in your own to smoke, which makes the cost less of an issue.

This is a really cool bar with a really great atmosphere and an interesting tour. Our tour guide was not fantastic, she was difficult to listen to and didn't share interesting facts and background, just random unrelated stories in a not so captivating way. It could have been done so much better. The bar tenders, however, were awful. They were mispouring, messing around, messing up drinks, seemingly on purpose. I wouldn't order hard alcohol or a cocktail here if I were you.
