Very random potholes the size of craters even popped one of my tires and maintenance there or managers whatever did not even bother responding back to me on if they would help even pay for the tire disgusting

Nothing perfect .not to bad of a place to live we have been here 16 years. It has its faults like all trailer parks.

Wow. Just wow. The street view and pictures of this place don't even tell 1/4 of the story. From 2009 to Present this establishment has managed to go from what would look like a decent place to live to a complete nightmare. I had the privileged of having to go in this place and it made me feel like I needed a tetanus booster by the time I left. There is trash EVERYWHERE! A good majority of the trailers look like they have been used to house meth labs (windows blown out, no skirting, subpar repair fixes.) Poorly maintained and nearly abandoned vehicles litter the grounds like it was a scrap yard. By the looks of some the characters I got a chance to witness living there I'm sure the Noble County Sheriff Department has great job security visiting this park every week. I'm sure this is great for cheap rent and people not asking your business.
