Shady Acres | A Parkbridge Cottage & RV Resort

Very nice but permanent units way to close especially letting them have an outdoor fire pit. ALL Parkbridge Park sites need to be like this one...ours is a dump compared to this one.

I would love to come visit again - it’s been almost 20 years since I’ve been back to Shady Acres aka the summer home of my childhood. Late 90s - early 2000s… sad to hear the Coburns don’t own it anymore though I remember playing with the owners grandkids If you see this HEY KAYLA! and spending movie nights at Jody’s trailer right above the hill from my family’s place on Highland. I really hope it’s still as amazing as it was then! I’m excited to see new cabin rentals they had cottage rentals back then too but they were ALWAYS super booked up! - I would love to bring my fiancé and dogs to see my old “stomping grounds”

It had been 25 years since I've been to Shady Acres. I always wanted to take my daughter. I recently was able to do so and it was a fantastic friendly experience! The cabin was so cute and clean. Staff and fellow patrons were so incredibly helpful and kind. Only complaint was the amount of bird poop by the docks lol

Friends have a cottage here. Amazing people. Nice and quiet. Relaxing by the water.

Not sure if limitations due to covid but less and less is available this year pool heater not working, no water when power went out no generator, washrooms not open.

This park has really gone downhill since park bridge took over. I grew up here and always loved it and all the employees. The employees are shady pun intended and very disrespectful. My family has also worked in this park in the last few years and dealt with many things they never should of as employees. I hope the park can make a turn around again so I can bring my children throughout the summers! Until things start looking up I will only visit my grandparents here, but not spend a dime of my money here.

The field with 15 amps and a hose. Is OK IF YOU'RE desperate. But $80!?!? If you're gonna steal from me wear a gun and a mask

The Houses/ trailers Were surprisingly bigger then they looked from the outside. With a bit of work it could be a nice place to live. One downside is location, dangerous for small children with the highway directly at the only way in and out.

We rented a cabin and it was amazing. So clean it looked like it was brand new. Full bathroom and air conditioning was greatly appreciated. I would go back again.
