It took over a week and a half to get my book. They also made a mistake and sent the wrong book and I had to wait even longer. My classmate got her book the same book a day or two after she had ordered it. I find it inconsistent. If you have it delivered, it's faster. If you have to pick it up from the Surrey SFU campus, it takes forever. I found that I had to check in call and ask about my order several times just to get things moving. I didn't have the best experience.
They're quick, friendly, and they get the job done!
