Douglas College, Coquitlam Campus

I did not visit the whole campus, but we went to the training area while my son was attending a meditation course. The campus looks clean and nice. Lots of other activities were happening. On one side there was some construction going on. But, overall, it was a good place.

Really beautiful campus! The cafeteria let’s the high school students from the school next door use it and the seating is shared with them. Sometimes it is very very noisy when you eat and immature. If you have earphones you may be able to get some peace.nThe classrooms are nice, from the outside all the windows are tinted a bit blue which creates a calm but pretty atmosphere when you get there.nThere are a lot of grass areas which is also appealing to the eye.nThis campus is more quiet than at New Westminster, except for the cafeteria.nThis campus’s library is also very quiet and has beautiful views from the windows. The atmosphere is great for studying!!nNew West has more computers though!

Definitely not as busy as the New West campus, so that's a bonus. The configuration/layout of the buildings is quite odd for a post secondary institution.

I had a bad experience in the Early childhood program, instructors are so aggressive and they have bad behavior with international students. I never recommend this college to anyone.

I am not a student here but I had my exam invigilation here and the staff were accommodating and really helpful. They were able to assist me in getting a convenient exam schedule and location. They provided me a well-lit, quiet room in the Registrar's office to take my final exam. The rate was $25 per hour including the proctor. I would definitely recommend Douglas for exam proctoring needs.
