I cannot find any other words to describe this place other than RIP OFF, or accomplices of greedy bureaucrats. The question is, why do the place exist? To promote public education? I seriously doubt it..... In few words: Dr.Merbough Nabyl, from Organic Chemistry, said a famous Quote : YOU CANNOT CHALLENGE ME Plus, I have the clear evidence of you are interested. Second, I paid 5000 bucks for tuition, asking, or begging office staff to print out my receipt... Which is just 1 paper, argue back and forth for about 30 minutes.... Who do they think they are? You think Andrew Petter is your sugar Dady?? Quit this place, I mean this place should be demolished, it basically cannot provide any values other than demoralizing human beings
