Unfortunately, my experience with Outbound at Sevenoaks Mall left a lot to be desired. I found some of the staff to be unapproachable and unfriendly. What was most disappointing was seeing a staff member respond to a comment about smiling with swearing and an obscene gesture. Regardless of how the comment was intended, I would expect employees representing a business to maintain a professional level of conduct while at work.nnEveryone has bad days, but customer service starts with how customers are treated and how staff present themselves. Based on what I witnessed, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming, which is unfortunate because the store itself has some great products.
If you haven’t had NYF, you’re missing out. No soggy fries here. Got the veggie works poutine and it was loaded. Staff were super friendly even during the dinner rush. 10/10 craving fix.

This amazing lady had great energy, respect, caring and excellence beyond description for the highest customer service.nnWe truly need more great professionals like, Deepika.
I wandered in while killing time and walked out with a little treasure of clothes.... two tops, a pair of jeans, a dress and a skirt, and after the crazy mad discounts, I paid $77 for the lot! and the young lady helping me was amazing. Kept checking to see if I needed a different size, even went out and found the skirt for me. It was awesome. Kudos to salesperson 30140, I wish I got her name. I think WH One may be my new go-to for clothes.
