Small place, not versatile if compared with Netrotown or Coquitlam centre! The place consists of a dollar store (stuffs are $1.49+), Hollywood cinema, a MacDonald across, a sushi restaurant but opens at 5pm, so we ended up eating at the crowded Starbucks there.

Small suburban shopping center. There is a smaller sized Save On Foods, a good sized Shoppers Drug Mart. Walk in medical clinic , Starbucks, McDonald's, a Fish and Chips joint, small movie theater, insurance office...
Someone with limited transportation could fill most of their needs here.

Small. Limited shopping options. Usually good parking. Wheelchair access. Easy to find and quick to get in and out.

It's a junction with lots of different buisnesses. The do have a wonderful sushi place hidden in the back just before Roosters and they have a small Hollywood 3 theater.
