Loved the food, workers and atmosphere. The workers are very friendly and the food and drinks are amazing. Prices for the quality of food is unbeatable. For the drinks chai they do both hot and cold! I got the strawberry chai cold and it’s one of my favourite drinks right now. For both a drink and sandwich, I spent under $20. I’m so glad I came across this cafe. Will definitely come back :
Nice cozy atmosphere, delicious teas and deserts; highly recommended. Service was superb. Wait times could be made better. If you’re in Ottawa, this is a must try!Food: 5/5
The menu is so unique and tastes very authentic. The whole store smells incredible too and the decor is so calming; there’s even pillows scattered around the chairs. The workers are very kind too; highly recommend checking it out!Food: 5/5
From the first bite to the very last, Each dish is a masterpiece, unsurpassed. Fresh ingredients, expertly combined, A gastronomic journey that leaves me inclined. However a few minor fixes would make them the best. We ordered the below. Epic Bombay Sandwich: Good taste, but too much butter/oil, Ginger cardamom Chai: Always a go to, **must try**, Mango Matcha: Refreshing drink, would expect a bit more of Mango flavour in it. Smashed Samosa bowl: **Must try**, Potato Cutlet Bowl: **Must try**, Stuffed Naan Wrap Tandoori Paneer: Good taste, Stuffed Naan Wrap Sun-dried Tomato: Finger licking good **Must try**, Caramel Chai Latte: Good one, Choco Chai Frappe: This beverage, a refreshing escape, a true infusion, **must try**. Chai Frappe: Sooo good, **must try** , Samosa Spicy: It was stale but the taste was good, Samosa Regular: The taste wasn't good and the Samosa was stale. To summarize, a must try for the atmosphere, service and obviously the taste It'll be a joy to your taste buds. Note: The above review is based on personal experience and it may differ from person to person.
Just went for a Golden Turmeric Latte and Dirty Chai Latte. Delicious drinks even with less sugar that I requested. Nice place to sit inside in Westboro. They serve savoury food and sweets as well!Food: 5/5
Loved everything about this new chai spot! The chai was awesome, got a grilled cheese sandwich great, the potatoe bowl super flavourful, and the atmosphere is very inviting! Will babe back soon!Food: 5/5
We were very excited that our fav food truck is now growing but unfortunately they are not up to the mark or maybe it was their bad day. Used to love their smashed samosa but now the quantity has significantly decreased and price increased. Not planning to go back there. Really heart breaking for us regular customers.Food: 1/5
Beautiful interior with nice ambiance. Tasty Indian food items available starting from samosa to tea & cakes . Vegetarian friendly and budget friendly. Must visit with friends and family to have a great time together! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options available. Kid-friendliness: Good place for a family including kids and elderly people.
Beautiful little place to get authentic chai! I had the chai latte and my husband had the pink chai latte which is more nutty. Both were delicious! We also had the smash samosa bowl, and this was- WOW. It's been a while since I've had a samosa this good. I really wish that you were able to order a dozen samosas to go. We will definitely be back!
Today I visited their new location at 342 Richmond in Westboro. If I could give 100 stars for "atmosphere", I would. The new resto is positively breathtaking! The aromas upon entering are heavenly, the lighting is soft, the colour palette dreamy. It was like stepping into a faraway land... I am a first-timer, so I ordered the Royal Chai and the Smashed Samosa. The flavours in both were vivid and intense, nothing bland here! : If you are very sensitive to spice like me, I recommend treading lightly...I don't think the samosas are supposed to be spicy but they made my eyes water and nose run, lol! Overall a delicious meal! Sourabh and Mann were lovely people, and the service was wonderful. I will definitely be back. They say the rest of the lunch menu will be available this Thursday so I will have to go back and see. ;D So glad they are in Westboro!
