When you walk into the woods here it almost feels like you're leaving the rest of the world behind. Magical! Just be sure to bring the bug spray. Could have better marked trails and maps, but I'm only saying this because we were unfamiliar with the area and had difficulty finding our way out quickly during a high stress medical emergency. Otherwise no complaints!

Awesome park. Lots of trails, recommend getting a print out map and going to see the scenic overlooks.

BEAUTIFUL Park, lots of trails, wonderful creek, and lots of hills to climb. There's playground for the little kids, Volleyball nets for the big kids, pavilion for cooking. I went on a Thurs, Friday and Sat night in Mid July and it was empty. (Granted, it was around dusk, which is closing time.)

Lots of trails for hiking, mountain biking, walking dogs, horseback riding, cross country skiing.. Family friendly playgrounds, picnic areas with and without shelters, boat landing for river access, parking area for horse trailers, tunnel under the four lane highway.. All very well maintained.

It was a gorgeous experience as this trail brought me on an intense afternoon hike. Took about 40min, and bring bug spray in the fall!
