4 Star rating for the environment and adaptive menu of sushi and fun “American classics” The sweet potato fries tower is always delicious. The rating also is based on a great place for happy hour food & drinks. It would be five stars but This place lacks consistency, some nights it’s good food & service. Other nights horrible service, okay food. If this place can keep quality workers it has potential to make 5 stars.

Pretty impressed for sushi in Montana. Serving staff is okay, but the folks at the sushi bar are great. Try the Jaw Dropper at happy hour. Small but excellent selection of beers on tap, including Map Brewing. They also do takeout. Expensive as is all sushi, but happy hour has a few delicious affordable options. The miso makes a great appetizer; the mushrooms are cooked perfectly. Expect $25/per person at least, but its worth it.

My boyfriend and I went here for our 4 year anniversary dinner, expecting a long, nice dinner to celebrate. We made our reservations for 7:00, about a week before our actual dinner. When we arrived we were seated at a small table right in front of the bar which had a folded cloth napkin under its leg so it wouldn't wobble. After we got our drinks, the sever promptly took our dinner order, and the food arrived shortly after. My boyfriend and I happily began to eat our meals, noticing that the restaurant was busy, but there were still a few open tables. As I was putting my last piece of sushi in my mouth, the waitress picked up my plate and said, "full?". I looked at her with a full mouth, didn't say anything (due to my mouth being full) and then she left. She returned only minutes after with our bill. My boyfriend hadn't even finished eating yet when the bill arrived. As she was dropping the bill off the server said "there's no rush with this." My boyfriend and I agreed that the dinner felt quite rushed and the service we had gotten felt rushed as well. Our dining experience, consisting of an entire meal only took 31 minutes long (7:00-7:31). We were very disappointed as we had been planning the night for months and were rushed to the point where our dinner was not a great experience. The bright side is that the food was very good, the desserts also looked good - but we never got the chance to order one.

Good atmosphere and good customer service. If you are looking for a sushi dinner then Seven is the place to be. Expect to pay a fair amount at ~$15 a plate, but they provide a good variety of entrees and sushi roles making the visit worth while

Friendly staff and a cool location in the cannery district make this a must try in the area. Food option is great but small amount of sushi in comparison to other places for a similar cost makes me give a 4* review. Awesome staff and atmosphere make this a must try if you like sushi.
