I have been with the RBC banks for over 20 + years. I have never had an issue with them or their services. They are always happy and very friendly and will help you with anything. They are and have always been hands on with their customers. You need to know more about apps and on line services they will instantly make sure you get all your information and show you how it all works. No question is a silly question there. They truly treat you like family.

Extremely friendly people at this branch. Notable people who I've talked to are Vanica Fernandez, Sajani, and Bilal. Always extremely helpful and quick to provide solutions to problems that I don't even know I have! Happy to come back here for all my banking needs.

Called in for some simple help with my RRSP & took 25-30 min to get someone on the line. Online shows no appointments even phone available until next week. Unimpressed with lack of respect for my time. Asked to communicate by email for some additional services which isn't an option apparently, the option to get helped at RBC is to call in and waste 30 min of your time and then get average service. Hence the 2 star, the advisor on the phone was average. 10/10 recommend if you have time to waste.

This branch isn't awful minus the wait times and the poor attitude I recieved from the teller after I asked to close my accounts. The real problem is RBC as an entirety. 2 weeks, 4 branch visits and I cant recall the amount of phone calls I had to make, and I still didn't have debit cards that worked.
