SERVPRO of Highland Park / Deerfield

I have never written a review of any service, shop or restaurant. But Drew and Alex at ServPro were so outstanding I wanted to recognize them and share my experience. Drew was professional, thoughtful, and in every way went above and beyond expectations. He kept me updated, answered calls and texts in an incredibly timely manner, was kind , honest and encouraging, and most of all his focus and efforts were in doing the very best job. He had pride in his work and customer service. He successfully completed the job, left it cleaner than before he arrived and was a pleasure to work with in every way. Exceeded expectations.

These guys were really great. The were fast, prompt, and most professional. Our basement flooded and they quickly got the carpet and pad out. They dried out the space and saved us from having to replace any drywall. Excellent customer rapport.

ServPro was recommended highly by my insurance company after my washing machine overflowed, soaking the surrounding carpet and walls. Drew and Alex came to the rescue later that day, starting the work immediately on that first visit. They returned each day after that for several days until everything was completely dried and cleaned. They were always courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. I also thought the price was amazingly reasonable, especially for all the attention they gave to our job. Thanks guys!

We had never had a flood like this before and were panic stricken about what to do to save our hardwood floors, carpet, and cabinetry, and avoid a mold problem. A quick call to our insurance company resulted in a recommendation for ServPro. Drew and his team responded right away, assured us that it could all be dealt with, and patiently took all the time we needed to answer our questions and help us understand the process. Their projections of what it would take and how long were dead on and everything was restored to normal with no residual damage. From the very first call, they were immediately responsive, and throughout the process came and visited everyday (always on time and accommodating our schedule) to make sure things were going as planned. Everyone on the team was polite and courteous, and pleasant to have around. We were more than happy to have all of them working in our home. We would highly recommend them to anyone no matter how big the job and if, heaven forbid, we ever have another problem they will be the first ones we will call.

These guys went above and beyond to take care of the damage when we had a pipe burst in our home last winter. Family run business, very professional, and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. I had no idea what to expect when going through something like this, but they took the time to explain everything that they had to do and the reasoning behind it. Job well done.
