We use them for our condo building. Their service is unreliable, and they recently raised prices even though we requested them not to do so. Our machines are supposed to be certified refurbished models, but we have yet to see any certification for them, which may explain why they break down so frequently. We cannot wait for our contract with them to expire!

This company is terrible. They "service" our condo association laundry room and we've had nothing but problems with the payment card system. It's down all the time, they blame their third party vendor, Heartland, but they have not done enough to fix it. The system goes down for maintenance without warning, and our laundry has been for days at a time. The technicians get the brunt of the complaints, but obviously management does not care about having a sub-standard product. Its a laundry room, how do you screw up taking money to start a washing machine?

The absolute worst company EVER! Warning donot ever use them! In my 20 year property Management career I have never had to deal with so much foolishness! I sent a check in September and contract in which they lost!!! It's December and guess what I still have no machines, temporary machines is what I'm supposed to have until my machines come in. After several emails and calls, even spoke with supervisors I have no machines and no reply! How about that!!!!!!!!!!!
