James and his crews are great. They are reliable and trustworthy. I have been using Rainbow to clean the carpets at my office, a dental practice, for the past year. They call me once a quarter to set up a time for the carpet maintenance and they always show up on-time for the appointment. I feel completely at ease with the crew, and they are always very polite. Luckily, I have not had any fire or flooding damage, but if I did, my first call would be to James. I have talked to James about how goods and property would be restored. This guy knows his stuff! The level of detail and commitment to cleaning damaged goods is truly impressive.

this company was doing work at 2028 gilboa zion il i love at 2026 gilboa they were blocking my approach to unload and load their equipment i ask them to move up so they would block me and they all said we didnt drive the truck!!!!!...i do have pictures od them blocking my approach!!!!

A person posing as me called the Rainbow International Company in Waukegan, IL. and they sent her a copy of my bill and signed receipt. Bill was paid for long before and in this day of identity theft this company does not have a clue why I should be upset. Sure they were great in an emergency so when we had other things happened wecalled them - respect but their prices tripled. So high that one of the workers said you should have called someone else for better prices. Should have listened to that guy.

James Neal and his crew are simply the best! I'm an interior designer who does real estate staging, and often the homes' carpets need cleaning, re-stretching, or even patching in a place where a burn or stain is too severe to remove. I've never been unhappy with the results! They are pleasant, professional, and a good value for your dollar. Look no further- you've found the best.

James , I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team of professionals for the superior cleaning job on our upholstery, carpets and mattresses. My wife and son have really bad allergies so keeping the allergenic dander as under control as possible is eminent. Your crew came into our home with the greatest of care and cleaned every inch of the contracted items in our home. Not only did they clean what was under contract, but they even cleaned the ottoman next to the couch because they were unsure if it was included in the contract. You can’t teach or expect people to go above and beyond the call of duty but it was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority from beginning to end. The gift bag left behind was extremely thoughtful and the follow up from the office manager was thorough and persistent. In fact, she wouldn’t even charge my credit card until she know we were fully satisfied with the results of the cleaning. To me, that speaks volume of what kind of company you have from top to bottom. I look forward to referring your company to friends, family and anyone looking for cleaning or restoration.
