Super quick and easy to get my driver's license and health card renewed. Went just after 5pm and wasn't much of a line. Deb M lane 10 was incredibly friendly, funny, helpful and patient - she embodied all the aspects of excellent customer service.

The lady today clearly was just looking for issues. Had a lip piercing in her face, which I think is completely unprofessional for a government building and miss understood me completely and made the process such an issue!! Wouldn’t recommend this location will stick to lakefeild…

I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff at Service Ontario in Peterborough. This morning I had an appointment for 9:30 to change the ownership of our vehicle to my name. as my husband passed away. The lady at counter one sorry I don't remember her name was so helpfull. She filled out forms ffor me that I know she didn't need to do and advised me of paperwork that I didn't have . When I came back later in the day i was directed to couter #2 and the lady there was also very helpful and Sweet. You both helped an older lady very much. Thank you! This was October 9th.
