I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff at Service Ontario in Peterborough. This morning I had an appointment for 9:30 to change the ownership of our vehicle to my name. as my husband passed away. The lady at counter one sorry I don't remember her name was so helpfull. She filled out forms ffor me that I know she didn't need to do and advised me of paperwork that I didn't have . When I came back later in the day i was directed to couter #2 and the lady there was also very helpful and Sweet. You both helped an older lady very much. Thank you! This was October 9th. I was in and out in no time both times I came here with different things. These guys quick. Thank you to Taylor today for getting my plates quickly today. She was pleasant and helpful.

Went in to renew my Health Card and it only took about 5 minutes with a new picture and lots of chatting. Extremely quick. I would guess lines have shortened a lot since most people now do these transactions on line. But for those like me who had to visit, the people were very helpful and service was very quick.

My elderly mother & I had a great experience at this facility September 6, 2023. The receptionist & the staff member,Tammy, were extremely kind & helpful. Your pleasant attitudes & wonderful service was much appreciated by my mother & myself! You made the process smooth & seamless.

559 Peterborough location was amazing! I got in and checked in, got my ticket number and only waited about 20 mins before I was assisted while there was about 15 people ahead of me and only 4 employess working at there statons. Great customer Service and easy process to get my health cards changed over. keep it up.
