It says respectful and no abuse environment for everyone but representatives here so rude tor no reason especially when they see customer is foreigner . I mean what’s the issue if your government allows us to get the benefits why you are so pissed off. Even though we are working more hard and always polite. I went three different times there & found all of them rude . I understand she got in doubt of my genuineness for my employment letter just because we didn’t get health card so long , i understand their every concern , it’s their job to validate properly. But it doesn’t give them reason to be rude and they can say same things politely also right . So disgusting experience and made me cry and frustrated at one point.

This was one of the best service Ontario experience I have ever had in the last few years. Very well organised and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist and the agent who helped me were both quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to complete my request on time. Explained in detail the requirements and clarified all my questions. The process is very simple and straightforward.

Much prefer here than Whitby Mall location. I like the kiosk where you can say what you're there for and you get a number. At the Whitby Mall it was just a long line up. So i just left Whitby i was in town for an appointment and just came back to Peterborough and I'm glad I did. The people working here, at least from my experience, are also really nice. I've been twice in the past year to renew my license and then I got married so I changed my name. Both times were good experiences.

The staff at Service Ontario were extremely unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. I experienced long delays, no clear guidance, and a general attitude of impatience. It felt like they didn’t care about making the process easier or respectful for anyone. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

The worst place to go for your documentsnThey are least interested in helping and also they are literally racist, sent back 5 times for the same document & when someone showed the exact same document, they accepted it!nHow crazy it is to see someone not working just because of your race!
