I have visited here several times and the friendliness of the service seems to depend on who is on duty. Everyone is efficient, but some clerks are more personable than others. There are times that there is a long wait depending on the number of people and the complexity of their requests.

Truly, one cannot envision nor fathom worse customer service. One of the people who works the desk here hates their job and hates people. If you can, try Goderich or Walkerton - both of which I have used and both have very good customer sense. A pity that they eliminated the electronic kiosks - the robot provided better service than the Kincardine rep.

Hrs are crappy went there at 11am and they were closed until 1pm this on a Thursday
