When I went to the Goderich service Ontario, I went in to get an ownership changed into my name for My four wheeler and The OLDER LADY WITH GREY SHORT HAIR was very rude and she told me that she could not help me and was very defensive like and angry and started to rase her voice and I’m being a 100%truthful i told her what I was looking to do with my ownership and I had another thing I was going to get done but I didn’t have a chance to talk or say anything she went off I can’t believe she has a job working there. Especially with how many reviews there are on this lady. so I went to a different office and they completed everything in 15 minutes. Go to Wingham she’s awesome there

I am not impressed with this branch at all. My brother was told he needed to attend this branch to renew my 4 year old nephew's health card, which he needs in order to receive medical treatment. He has been there twice now, which is a 50 minute drive, for them to tell him he will need more documentation, different documents demanded the second time, that they didn't ask for on the first visit. Our mom was co-guardian of my nephew, and she passed away in January. They're saying he needs to go back to court to get documentation that he has Sole custody, amd now need my mom's death certificate, etc... to Renew a health card for a CHILD who NEEDS medical treatment. He has every other piece of ID, including a letter from CAS stating the child has been in his primary care since January. Courts take months.. This is ridiculous. I am just so disgusted with the way they have treated my brother, and guess what, this have no direct phone number either... I have reached out to my local MP and I hope this branch is investigated, as everyone else is telling me he shouldn't need court papers. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, denying a child health care is unbelievable. I will never attend this location.

Went into there to get a vehicle in my name. I had an appraisal done at a local mechanic as my car was no where near worth what they had claimed it was. The older lady at the service desk told me "I don't care what the dealer says, you are paying tax on this amount". Impossible to work with and she has a miserable attitude. Will NEVER be going to that Service Ontario again. Disgusting!

Staffing here is miserable, uncooperative and unprofessional

I have been in this office a couple of times in the past few months. Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant.

Rarely a good experience here. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. Won't do anything to help you, they even tell you that you don't have the correct documents when you clearly do.

They were so helpful, and friendly. Good service for my government stickers/cards needs

The woman who helped me was polite and efficient. Got all my hunting licenses in under 5 minutes.

Was a great experience and very fast in and out thanks to the works for thier support
