Best experience I’ve ever had at a Service Ontario in my entire time as a driver. Lost my licence, obviously was frustrated, and needed it replaced. I went to this office at about 3:30pm on a Monday, and I walked straight in, no line up, and was back to the car in 5 minutes. The woman working there was polite and efficient, and answered a few questions I had as well. Can’t imagine a more positive experience.

I went with my baby napping in a stroller. We visited on a Friday at 10:30am, they were not busy, absolutely no line up. There were 2 lovely service reps. The lady that helped me renew both my driver's license needed to take picture and health card was very nice and patient. Afterwards, I asked if she can check if I need to renew my license plate sticker. I couldn't remember my license plate after 2 tries she said those plates I stated were not linked to my license; I just gave birth and mama brain is real, I'm dumb now, so she kindly suggested I go take a picture of my license plate and come right back. I quickly went out, snapped a pic, then returned. She checked and let me know that I had another year until next sticker renewal. Took less than 10mins. 10/10. Highly recommend this location!

This is a very nice location. I usually make the drive from Toronto to this location. Also, if there is a line waiting, it is inside the commercial building and not outside in the cold.

Definitely the fastest Service Ontario experience I've ever had. And the ladies are friendly and helpful. A great experience!

I came there to renew my expired health card. Everything was done in just a few minutes. The lady in the middle was super nice.

Nice office, a lot of free parking, when I went. It was busy, but the line was moving fast. Lady at the counter was very helpful; she helped me with the form to change Ontario number plates. Over all good experience.

The dealer services clerk is extremely rude, has a hostile attitude before I even speak. Why are you so rude and uptight every time?
