Friendly service, but after waiting over an hour to change address and report lost handicapped permit, I was given forms and told to call Service Ontario to obtain my permit number. Once I obtained this number, I should return with it and the forms to receive a temporary permit. When I called Service Ontario, they said that they do not give this number or ANY PERSONAL number out over the phone, that they should have provided me with a temporary pass while I was there and that there were protocols and procedures in place for this that were not followed. She also asked me if I went in near closing time (which tells me they are familiar with complaints near closing). Now I have to return, wait another hour and start all over. NOT RIGHT.

5 Stars: Fastest service I have ever seen, there is such a long queue everytime I go there but they handle the crowd so carefully and quickly. Hope the Drive test center located on other side of the street improve their service like service Ontario.

As I sat there waiting for my number come up 2 girls were playing with thier chairs behind the counter between each number called If you try call for information the phone is busy for 3 days Yet as I stood at window 2 girls took personal calls on thier cell phones Was very impressed that an owner took a window when it was busy this I take to him The MTO should get thier act together this has to to updated the whole system people shouldn't have to wait hours to get service MTO wants to charge update prices there service in all areas is way out date and doesn't meet needs of clients but it does meet the need of lazy government workers

Helpful good people but horrible wait times. I lost two hours pay to get a car ownership changed. Wonder what the chances are of being reimbursed for that. Yes I’m being sarcastic. Typical government of ontario nonsense. “Service” Ontario. Would give it no stars if I could.

Not full OHIP service. NO assistance with replacing/trading driver license; just all around poor performance, communication and no clear information. Not very Canadian at all, not a government issue - this office is just poorly run/managed. Toronto offices are not like this. Girl in the glasses sitting down had a VERY poor attitude.
