Svetlana was very helpful and responsive when it came to checking on my permanent residency application. She went above and beyond to find solutions for accelerating our family reunion during this difficult time with the US/Canada border restrictions. I had to contact Irek's office for help with an Immigration issue. I received a reply the same day and Svetlana worked tirelessly on our problem. I am very happy of reaching out MP Irek Kusmierczyk office to solve an issue that I faced during the supervisa application of my father. I received quick and beneficial supports form their office and both Svetlana and Yazdan did an amazing and professional job to resolve the problem and help my father to get his visa in a timely manner. I will never forget the supports that I received and appreciate their professional actions.

So very grateful for the help my husband recieved here. He was renewing his permanent resident card in the midst of the pandemic, which had caused delays. We were at a standstill with no answers and an impending expiration date. Svetlana at this Office worked very hard, communicated frequently with us, and was able to speed up the processing time. If it wasn’t for her, I know we would still be waiting.

I had applied for a replacement citizenship document with Canada immigration back in Aug 2019. Normal wait time is 6 to 12 months. I checked up after 18 months and was not getting any answers. My son in law put me in touch with Svetlana and she followed up for me numerous times and I finally received my document a few weeks ago. Thank you Svetlana for helping me out with all the documentation and the follow up.
