the worst part of my day.  Staff here were unhelpful, rude, and had an attitude problem, not to mention and unable todo their job..wasted 20 minutes, got nowhere.  Worst service ever!

Went to another location, they spent 2 minutes on the phone and I was in and out in 5-6minutes; with a new ownership- problem solved- almost like they were getting paid to do their job!  Just amazing-

I've been to this office twice in the past 6 months and always received professional and courteous service. On the last visit there was a 20 minute wait to speak with an agent, however, I did arrive at a peak operating time. I drive 20km out of my way to have these people assist me rather than deal with the snotty unprofessional man at the Port Colborne office who doesn't think twice about rudely interrupting conversations between customers and another rep.

I have read some of the reviews and I don't understand why some reviews are saying rude customer service. I have been there several times and customer service is great, always in and out very quickly and well informed with questions asked.

I went into service Ontario in order to get a car ownership transferred. I was treated with patience and kindness.

Absolutely terrible , because I have an issue with dr Ryker at college of physicians and surgeons he refused to treat me and lied to the inquiry about his mistakes
