Though its quite busy in there, the agents are super friendly and understanding to peoples concerns and needs. A lady named Anne was super helpful in assisting change over vehicle information that I had no clue how to do. The rates are quite high as well, but for this location, its worth the wait.

Terrible service. Long wait. Had all the correct documents for health card, but not accepted. Went to another office with same documents and had no problems. Unacceptable.

Super friendly staff and very empathetic. I listened in on one agent while I waited who was extremely nice to the people she was helping. Long line up before they opened on a Saturday, about 20 people. They were able to move through it at a respectable pace and they were still smiling by the time I got there. About a 45 minute wait however, so the powers that be should have had more staff on. Thumbs up to the staff though.

Despite what others have said I did not find the staff to be friendly, but rather it felt as though the person I spoke with was looking for any excuse to not do her job. It says CAA but the attitude feels much more like dealing with an apathetic government employee.
