I had an excellent experience at ServiceOntario thanks to Alex, who helped me with my driver’s license. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. Alex explained everything clearly, made sure I understood each step, and made the visit quick and stress-free. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. I arrived at this ServiceOntario location around 12 PM to complete my vehicle registration before their 1 PM closing time. After filling all the forms, I was only then informed of a $50 admin fee. I explained I didn’t have the full amount at that moment but someone was already on the way to bring it. Instead of allowing me to wait, the staff one middle age woman and the other old lady abruptly returned my ID, said they could no longer help me, and forced me outside into the cold—even while other customers were still inside being served. The treatment was dismissive, unprofessional, and unfair. Very disappointing experience.

Genuinely saying this particular branch of Service Ontario , which is at Thorold-Stone, doesn’t deserve to CARRY SERVICE in its Name as Service-Ontario.nnThe reason behind , it not only once or twice this thing I have observed several times when I have visited this Branch for my particular documental work to be done , and what I experienced :-nnThey Don’t behave respectfully and have no patience.nnReally the work I wanted that to be done by going there was never done smoothly, and the funny part is The SAME THING was done within minutes in Other branch of SERVICE ONTARIO, Specifically the BRANCH WHISH IS AT NOTL , i really felt very happy by the Service they provided, It was simple no complexity, Only the essential Documents they asked I provided, they did it With ease , patiently, and was very relaxing and QUICK.nnThis branch at Thorold stone they asked me the bring Several different Documents for my Particular Work , and which is even not required, and when I spoke logically they were making the thing more complex, so after all the mental frustration, I visited to NOTL branch , with all the documents , and those Working individuals did it so quickly , and I even try to Provide them some extra documents incase they needed I thought, they said It is not required , and the funny part is it the total thing I have experience in THOROLD Stone Branch , they even asked me for the Documents which are not even necessary for my particular job I wanted to be done , I came to know this after I Asked to the Working Individual at NOTL BRANCH .nnSo It’s my humble request my dear people , if you want your job to be done at Ease, Quick , at patience, and want to experience the Helpful nature of of the Individual working In SERVICE ONTARIO,try to VISIT SERVICE ONTARIO AT NOTL , or maybe at ST.CATHERINES BRANCH , but don’t visit THOROLD STONE , or ya Try once you won’t regret why you will choose to Go the some other Branch .nnThankyou

I went with my friend to apply his health card. The service was so friendly. Sharon forgive me if i spelled wrong did excellent job, she guided us and everyone around us so kindly. I will suggest everyone to go this service ontario. Thank you for making our day.
