I’ve just left this service ontario and Mary-Ellen helped me with the purchase of my new-to-me vehicle. She was quick, efficient, and very helpful with some paperwork I made errors on. I greatly appreciate her excellent service on a Monday morning!!

Disgustingly rude and arrogant staff. It would be the least surprising thing I'd hear if I learned that the old hag at the one of the booths that I inquired with today was utterly miserable with her life choices, because it is apparent in the way she treats customers. Nothing but an unnecessarily condescending tone throughout the entire process, with an even more unhelpful end. Miss, if you're unhappy, find another job; preferably one that would suit your mediocre lifestyle. Projecting your dissatisfaction onto customers won't give you the boost from your pay grade that you so desperately need. It's not the customers' fault that you've landed in whatever misfortune has caused you to act this unprofessional, incompetent, disturbingly-sad, fashion.

Very rude and grumpy staff who doent know how to talk to people and doesnt wanna work. They will ruin your mood and day. I would recommend not visiting them unless its the last service ontario option you're left with in Canada.

Not to busy considering there was only 2 associates on at the time when I went. Gentlemen that served me was awesome and kind. Got service quite quickly

Horrible. They don't want to help you and the second you walk in they will try to send you somewhere else. Don't waste your time going to this office.

Reviews are right. Staff is rude af. She almost fxcked up my ID while my request was unrelated to that at all!!!!!! Of course I was confused and worried when I realized it. Then she accused me as if it’s okay for her to almost fxck up my personal document. Plus I didn’t do/say anything other than asking my ID back. She should not be doing this job at all. People won’t read reviews before visiting a Service Ontario because they have mandatory things to complete here, people come here after their visit only to share their terrible experiences. If you see this, avoid this branch.

Best service Ive ever had at a Service Ontario... lady was extremely helpful... got all my paperwork done quickly and she was hilarious....

If I could leave a review less than 1 star, I would. This place is a joke. The 2 c@&?’s working need to find new jobs. Not the public’s fault u f’ed up in life and ended up working at Service Ontario. Avoid this place.

Efficient and fun. We checked online to ensure I was prepared with the correct documentation. Was there no longer than fifteen or twenty minutes. Surprising for not only a Saturday, but for labour day weekend! Yay.

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered!! The two old people behind the counter need to retire and be replaced immediately they refused to renew my child’s health card because we didn’t have mail from her school?? Everything is done through email they DONT mail you anything anymore but her long form birth certificate, passport, old health card and the form with her name and address that was mailed to us wasn’t good enough for them! Awesome so happy to see Ontario is just continuing to make things as difficult as ever for people
