You can see all the drama’s going ok there. Lady on desk was being rude to other who tryna update something. I have my turn after waiting long and she ask other person to come. She was working there from so long as she shouts but still they have lack of customer service.

Bunch of clowns working at this Service Ontario. Have no clue how to do their job, they will ask for documents that other Service Ontario's do not ask for and make up their own rules to benefit themselves.

Employees were not very knowledgeable about the application process, which caused me to search Ontario Government website and refer to the info online before they finally agreed to process the application. Negative attitude and unwillingness to listen was a bit disturbing. No lineup at all though...

They were fast and friendly, knew exactly how to fix our issue.

There was literally no wait. The lady who served us was professional and funny. I was dreading having to go as I had multiple things to do. We were in and out in under 15 mins!!

Update: Friday July 2021... So back at Service Ontario in Bolton and they've had some staffing changes. John has retired and had the pleasure of meeting Colleen, and wow what a great individual She is. Very friendly, courteous, respectful and not to mention a sweetheart. I don't know what it is with the Bolton location,but they have always been awesome people to deal with. Colleen, Thank you for all your help and knowledge, you're the best!!! Older Post: I have been dealing with this Service Ontario branch for years and have nothing but praise for 2 individuals. Both Christine & John have ALWAYS been great to deal with. Friendly, Respectful, Cheerful and always pleasent to deal with.

Two visits in two weeks. After waiting 25 minutes I left both times only with a phone number. These people are useless

Very long lines, the reviews saying short lines is them, the line at 10 30 am was out of the plaza and going up hwy 50. Ppl in line saying they have been waiting for 3 hours and there not even half way to the door. Close this place or make it functional, why do you not even try lol. This town obviously needs an upgrade well obvious to is with an education level higher then a bag of chips. I hope that mayor is in that line so they see what a joke ot is

This location is hit and miss. Pros - reasonable hours, same type of service you get an any Service Ontario. Cons - so. very. slow. Not just a bit slow, but shockingly slow. When there is a long line, people don't mind if you don't chit-chat. We all want to get in and get out. Also, here's a tip - don't take a personal call while you're helping a paying customer. Emergencies are understandable, helping someone open their email at home shouldn't interrupt your work.

The employees at this place are amazing to help guide you with knowledgeable information and help to get all your needs met in a timely fashion
