ServiceMaster Restore of Grey-Bruce

Overall, happy with the service provided, but very unpleased with the pricing. I requested a quote for a sample to be tested for asbestos and was told it would be $150 (no mention of other costs). After the visit I was sent an invoice for $300 (including a $150 inspection fee), which is ridiculous. When someone contacts you to ask the price, you should provide them the total cost. I considered not paying for the results because I feel I was misled with the pricing I was told and would suggest to other people that they call other locations first to see if there are better deals (or do the testing themselves at a total cost of $50). I would not give repeat business to this company.
