Always able to help when we need it. They are fair priced and get the job done. They work fast and make sure everything is taken care of for the job. They have help us from closing our cottage to redoing our bathroom, which looks great! I'm very happy with their services.

My experience was totally satisfactory. What we all should expect when dealing with John, I won't attempt his last name. that electrical wizard and musician par excellence.

We use Riddell regularly for plumbing and heating service at a multi-tenant property in Owen Sound. The piece of mind they provide as an out of town owner is invaluable. I really appreciate how easy they have been to work with and the excellent level of service they have consistently provided.

Had light switches replaced that was fine but my bathroom fan didn't work took fan out to see if it could be fixed after three weeks called them re fan said it couldn't  be fixed STILL WAITING for a call back for price on a new one.NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Didn’t show up for a schedule visit to give us a quote on new heat pump installation.  He decided to go out of town to help a friend move instead.  Who does business like that?  You wasted my time!  Bad business and can’t be trusted.

They are really good. When they set up an appointment to come out there there right on time sometimes early. I really like their service and I would recommend their service to anyone.
