Service New Brunswick

Oct 13th I went to SNB to apply to change my last name. Came prepared with all of the paperwork the website stated. The woman at the initial desk looked at my paperwork, said I was all good to go and gave me a number. I waited for 45 minutes for my number to be called, get to the attendant who then stated that I actually did not have the required documents. She went to inquire about the documents that I brought with her colleague who was the one that said my paperwork was good and that said colleague told her it wasn’t sufficient. I don’t know what changed in the 45 minutes that I waited but it was an incredible frustrating waste of time.

Horrible experience. The advisor there didn’t want to help at all and after we provided multiple pieces of paperwork she refused to help us. My wife and I got in our car drove to Service NB Fredricton. Provided all the same paperwork and got our two plates issued with no issue and had amazing service….. I would avoid the Burton location like it’s Covid!

A great experience! Went on a Monday morning and everyone was seen in less than 10 min. Ladies were fast, efficient, professional, and courteous. Would recommend

Very bad service. Went for a driving test. The driver examiner, Lana, was rude when I wanted to make sure I was turning in the right places. English is not my first language, so I wanted to make sure I understand correctly and she responds with "I told you at the beginning" rather than simply answering my question. Also, there was an impatient driver behind me at the 4 way stop who honked at me. I waited 3 seconds as I was taught and got deducted marks for not going fast enough. Overall I did not feel as though I was being treated fairly and felt as though i was going to fail before the test started.

April 26 experience! Hopefully the comments here can be used by Service N.B. to better serve its customers. One line on the Registration form car purchasehad a word on it that was an error. The service person would not deal with it, saying it is "Null and Void". now. So ended up having both Seller and Buyer go and deal with it in Fredericton, who were much more helpful and reasonable. Kudos to Fredericton. Sometimes, we just need to use a little common sense, instead of having its clients running around.

Slowest service ever. Putting on lipstick and brushing their hair seems a bigger priority then getting people in and out.

I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for the representative to do 60 seconds of work. There are seven stations... Station 1 was taking incoming customers and handing out tickets as the other two or dealing with customers at a slow pace with a full room of customers. This is simply unacceptable. And to those people whom give a 5-star review simply on the fact that it's better than Fredericton should not have a vote. This "service" feels less like a service and more of an obligation when you are forced to wait over 2 hours.

There was racist security person almost hit me with door i was there 10 feb 1 pm drving test.He should quit the job if he doesn't like his job.

Poorly staffed and slow. Staff refuse to accept some documents clearly listed on SNB website. Would not recommend.
