Service is good but to have over 10 people in line with two empty stalls that could be helping people?  One person working the busiest spot. Glad to see my taxes are being wasted.

Fredericton Service Canada 11/10 review for you.  Went with my paperwork for 1st passport.   With lots of people waiting we were back in our car in 30 minutes and all papers excepted.  Staff were super friendly, especially the gentleman directing everyone at the door.  Will be able to travel out of Canada in September!!!!!

Terrible! Disappointed, on their website they say they offer next day pick up for passport, you travel and then they say we can’t offer that. You have to come back and pick it up some other time. Very disappointed.

Went in today without an appointment for EI. The security worker was one of the nicest, and helpful people I’ve met. The worker we had was also very helpful and kind. He got things done efficiently and correctly. Wish I got their names.
