Service New Brunswick

I was prepared for a bad time due to the other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised!nnWe were easily able to find a parking spot. All the employees were informative, helpful & direct. Wait time was short, we waited for about 15 minutes before we were called up.nnWe are new to the province so we had a lot to switch over & needed pictures taken as well. Everything was completed in a timely fashion, we were in and out within an hour.

I got my needed service smooth as usual.nProperly manned, the place is well organized.nToday, the screens which tell you that your number is on were out of order. But this problem did not slow down the flow of the services. The employees had to call the next number by shouting it aloud. I appreciated their dedication.

Made the mistake of going to this downtown fredericton location. Never again. Staff seem annoyed by customer presence, like it was a bother to provide Service here at Service NB.

Too slow waiting for an hour to make simple address change on license.. it’s always like this.nn*Edit: I returned and it is just as bad as before. Always slow and painful for no particular reason.

Sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting and they hung up the line. Taxes are up and they can’t pay ppl enough money to answer a phone. Make it make sense.
