Who knew heaven was a place on Earth? After waiting in line for days in Montreal and being treated so badly, this was a breath of fresh air. The deadline for the trip was approaching and the Montreal passport office was just a nightmare, there was no realistic chance of getting the passport in time for our 3 kids. We drove the 8 hours to Fredericton and made it a Passport-cation. In 3 days we had the 2 easy passports done and for the exceptionally complicated one it took 6 full business days. I explained the situation and they worked overtime on my case to get the job done. They actually treat you very well. Full of respect and even gave my kids fruit gummies and pens and paper to draw. I regained my confidence in the country of Canada. Who would think that the passport office in Montreal would have a riot in 2022? I highly advise Quebecers to skip the headache and take a trip to Fredericton. The office was super clean also and easily accessible on the 2nd floor.
Quiet inside. You have to make an appointment to get your passport application looked at.
We’ll they go above and beyond to help you and the staff are super friendly and nice but you need a appointment if not you might be there all day
Made an appointment, drove down from Nova Scotia, showed up about 10 minutes early with all my required documents and made it in and out within an hour. I honestly really didn’t expect a service Canada center to be operating so smoothly and everyone there was insanely nice.
Great service, well organized from triage to delivery. We drove all the way from Montréal to get our passport within 48 hours of our flight and these guys saved our trip. Special cheers to the security officer at the entrance who was super nice. We Quebecois owe you guys one!
Very friendly staff. It is a bit tricky to find the actual office, but a lady who works in the building on the ground flood told me it was located on the 2nd floor. The Commissioners are very kind and helpful. Given the number of demands April 2022, it is better to go there even before planning your trip. I was not in a hurry and I was given an appointment a month later, but it was fine for me. Great hard working staff.
This system is a joke byou can't get ahold of anyone. I have called 3 times to talk to some about my passport. I was caller # 300 at 8:00 in the morning. First time they hung up on me at #146. 2nd time caller #300 I was hung up in at caller 121 And today I was caller 200 got down to #12 and again I was hung up on. This is friggin ridiculous This is friggin
I mailed a new passport request to the office at 77 Westmorland some time ago only to have it returned to me noting the change of address. I was referred to the office on Regent St. Not only was this a time consuming process to then be told the new address, I had to use a new envelope and postage. Should this address not be removed from the site? It would certainly save time and money.
Very polite staff. A true pleasure interacting with them! Quick service also. They are moving to 1133 Regent Street, Suite 200 as of December 16th, 2019. That building is tan in colour, across the street from CBC News studios, two doors up from Carriage Place, and two doors down from Irving/Circle K.
Friendly staff, they really care about your application. Great overall caring personnel, sets the bar high for rest of Canada!!
