Unfortunately , had to go to the Service N.B. in Saint John today , and was surprised at how incompetent the staff were . They had a fill in Manager there today because the actual Manager decided to take the Friday before the long weekend off what a surprise ; and the the fill in Manager was beyond incompetent . She tried to claim that SNB is not allowed to communicate with any other government departments for reasons unknown , apparently all those telephones they have must be for personal use .... Why doesn't the N.B. government actually hire some competent staff . It would save all us a lot of time instead of having to return to SNB over and over to get the simplest little things done . The federal Service Canada doesn't seem to have all these issues .
Allowed my friend use my car for a road test.nMy car passed the mvi 2 weeks ago and he was told his tires are too bald to take the test.nnHe mentioned, “we are running late.” Despite my friend and I being 40 mins early for the test.nnAny reason not to do it I suppose.
Seriously , where does SNB in Saint John hire their staff from as they are totally incompetent ? Luckily it is a government office as any staff as rude and incompetent as they are at the Saint John SNB would never be able to hold a job in the private sector .
Worst service. Receptionist did not give me full information about required documents at once. I wasted my week by coming again and again.
Extremely unprofessional experience with Lynn at SNB. She displayed discriminatory behavior, gave disapproving looks, made faces, and showed no courtesy. She sat casually like she was at home, lacked knowledge, and constantly asked others for help. Very disappointing service.
