I was there many time. Such a nice and humble staff members, specifically for immigrants and international students. Solve the problems at one desk without any delays. Even never off during luck break hours. Always ready to work and help to clients. Specially Emily,,..a kind and helpful.

I was in today to get my address changed on my driver's license and car registration. By far the best service I have ever ever received anywhere. I wish I got the young lady's name who waited on me. She was polite and extremely helpful. Thank you so much.

Wow this place is broken telephone central. How on earth does a government office operate like this. I've had to go back 5 times for the same thing because 4 different people requested different paperwork, one person says you need one thing, the other says you dont......these people have absolutely no respect for peoples most valuable asset, TIME! Wasted a full day and got nothing done. Do yourselves a favour and drive to hampton, went there with the exact same paperwork and they were able to get what I needed done.

Bad Service by Name EmilyVery bad service for international students at New Brunswick. She has very bad behaviour and no knowledge what she does I will never recommend to my international community to get the services by her such a nonsense she is , she always give very bad service to new comers I don’t know why Service New Brunswick hire such a bad people who does not care anything I hope she will get her karma in upcoming weeks

The level of incompetence from the employees at service new-brunswick is unbelievable.  The government is in desperate need of a overhaul. The employees they hire are extremely overpaid for their intelligence level.  Most if not all of them employees should be terminated and much of the services could be abolished. I'd give this a  minus 10 star if it was an option.
