Instead of delivering the package to my door like they were supposed to they tried to deliver it to my community mailbox and when the package obviously wouldn't fit in my mailbox they deemed it as an incorrect address. I call them and after dealing with the infuriating customer service robot they have, I spoke to a lady who confirmed that the address they have is correct and the driver just didn't deliver it. The drivers in saint john are actually the worst delivery drivers I've ever dealt with! Lazy beyond compare! And the pick up window for picking up the packages that they just randomly choose not to deliver is only 1 hour during the day 5pm to 6pm. I will actively avoid using FedEx in the future as this is absolutely ridiculous!
Please let me know your operating hours in Saint John . The web site says 4:30 -6:00 but the customer service associate said 8am -6:30 pm . Let me know so I can make the drive. Best Regards
We watched the delivery truck pull up to our apartment building and we go check our mail to find a note saying that this was the final attempt to deliver the package before it would be returned to sender. We never received a phone call once and they did not attempt to use the door buzzer. They are only open for 1 hour and 15 minutes for package pick up. They seemed generally annoyed with us when we went to pick up our package and the call system is horrible to use as it is all robotic
1 hour and 15 minutes to get your stuff. This is a joke. Says 4:30 on here but 4:45 on the door. That 15 minutes is huge when you have an upset toddler. Workers are super polite and helpful but the schedule sucks.
75 minute pickup/dropoff window + inaccessible location = less than awesome for anyone with a 9/5 looking to ship or receive anything through FedEx. Wouldn't be a problem if delivery agents actually tried to get you to come to the door... which they don't. And don't even bother with the 1-800 automated system.
Won't deliver to my address. Tried to call. Automated system so you have zero customer service. No number available to call the Saint John, NB office to find out why they won't deliver to Hampton. So we are now responsible for picking it up ourselves. Seems to contradict what a delivery service is for. Found out that the package has been waiting for 4 days at this location too. Would have been faster to sent it Canada Post. Please if you own a business out there or are in control of shipping use someone else!
I have had a parcel dropped of throught the day but they dont leave ir. I work every day of the week so can you tell me how I am supposed to be home to answer the door. Then they tell you you can pick up at theirr office after 5 but close at 6 The worst company ever to use for delivery why dont you do what other companies do leave the parcel and take a photo . I have a parcel I have not been been t trying to get in days
efficient and quick. no issues so far. Rich calls me when I have package to receive because my apartment doesn't have a doorbell
The pick up hours are extremely inconvenient: 4:45-6pm. Closed on the weekends. The location is out of the way for most people. Trying to call FedEx is a frustrating exercise having to navigate through all of the prompts and never reaching a person. I received a call from Laura in Moncton about the shipment. She gave me a call back number that actually worked. She was very helpful, the only bright light in the process. This experience with FedEx is that same as my previous encounters. I usually request that shippers not use FedEx but an option is not always offered.
2 Packages were out for delivery, one was delivered, the other remained on the truck all day and was scanned back in at the facility rather than delivered most likely due to laziness on a friday after-noon. Now I cannot receive my package until monday and they're open for 1 Hour 15 minutes a day.
