Service Canada

I had a very pleasant experience at this office today when I attended for a passport renewal. Although I believed that I had all of the required documentation, Valerie noted that Costco had not dated my pictures and the receipt was not legible. It was necessary for me to have a second set of acceptable pictures taken at Shopper's Drugstore. I then returned to this office and Valerie was able to process my renewal. Thanks Valerie for your professionalism, patience and helpful information today. Greatly appreciated.

Denied me my sin twice, even got into contact with government saying my birth certificate is legal to use. tried to deny my brothers brand new replacement as well! careers teacher even told me they are horrible here in Woodstock! all they do is deny people and make you wait a long time then deny you? thats unfair!

I would agree with the other postings and not give the help more than 2 stars. I told them I had been on the phone earlier to Service Canada and after going through endless options was finely given the choice to enter 0 and speak with a person. The system came back saying it was too busy and my call would not even be added to a que. So next it was off to the Service Canada office. They asked what I was trying to do and then in short order took me to a phone, called Service Canada, were able to get in a que, handed me the phone and told me to sit down and wait. Note however, one persons experience included "humiliation." I found staff were polite enough.

Raced here after school to hand in a ROE and showed up just before 4 and the lady was at the door, locked me out, I asked if I could just give her my ROE and she just shook her head and walk away, so much for SERVICE Canada

Incredible poor customer service. My husband was humiliated and thorn apart for a citizenship certificate that was real and they though is fake even though we had proof and he is actually registered.Made him feel like garbage. Gave it a star because I cannot do less. Your staff is very very rude and not knowing what is going on. You should be ashamed the way you represent Canada.
