I had a really positive experience at this location.nnI had a G test booked for 9:12 AM.nnFrom the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was polite, welcoming, and efficient. She answered my questions clearly and helped me feel at ease before my road test. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized.nnA big thank you to my driving examiner as well. She was professional, calm, and gave clear instructions throughout the test. I was nervous at first, but her demeanor helped me relax and focus on driving safely. She treated me with respect and made the whole experience less intimidating.nnOverall, I appreciate how the staff here treat people—professional, courteous, and human. Highly recommend this location if you're going for your road test!

This is the worst drive test Center in Canada. The person who is in the counter is rude and instructor of this Center has a pre set intention of failing you. They cancel your test just for a small dent in the windscreen which is on the passenger side and been repaired. And also it’s less than 5 cm. They just made up their own safety rules by themself. Not sure what to say about them. It feels to me it’s a scam to rip off your money and they do it intentionally.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at this location. My initial encounter for the G2 test years ago was exceptional, resulting in a first-time pass, thanks to a supportive and encouraging instructor. However, my experience today for the full G test was markedly different and deeply unsatisfactory me thinking by going to the same place, I’m firmiliar with the area and the environment was positive while taking my G2.nnThe instructor assigned to me exhibited a demeanour that was, regrettably, both rude and demanding. Her negative tone and lack of any positive reinforcement immediately heightened my anxiety. This anxiety contributed to errors and lapses in memory during the test where I was too in my head. When I politely requested clarification due to difficulty understanding her instructions, her response conveyed impatience and annoyance, further discouraging me from seeking necessary guidance.nnWhile I understand that customer service roles can be challenging, stressful and you don’t always get the most respectable test applicants. I firmly believe that maintaining a respectful and supportive attitude is paramount, especially when dealing with individuals already under stress and gave no issues/disrespect towards the instructor. After reviewing other customer feedback, it appears that my experience is not the only bad experience with this Women. It is disheartening to know that a staff member's behaviour is negatively impacting the experiences of young, anxious test-takers.nnI will not be returning to this location for future testing needs, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the quality of service provided.

Outstanding Service – A Refreshing Experience!nnAfter having a rough time at other locations, visiting this DriveTest center was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, the staff were polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. They answered my questions clearly and made sure I understood the process, without any attitude or frustration.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my daughter was treated during her road test this morning. From the moment she met the examiner, she was spoken to in an ignorant and unnecessarily harsh manner. Instead of creating a calm and professional environment, the examiner was demanding and critical right from the start, which made it incredibly difficult for my daughter to feel confident or comfortable during her test.nnI wish we would had read these reviews before she had booked her test. Everything I’ve read about this woman on here, is exactly what I received about her from my daughter when she had called me after her test.nnA road test is already a nerve-wracking experience for many young drivers, and the last thing they need is to be approached with hostility. The tone and attitude displayed by this particular instructor were completely uncalled for and left my daughter feeling defeated before the test had even properly begun.nnI don’t understand how this woman still has a job. Certain steps need to be taken to ensure examiners specifically this woman are treating students with the respect and professionalism they deserve. This experience was unacceptable.
