I had a really positive experience at this location.nnI had a G test booked for 9:12 AM.nnFrom the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was polite, welcoming, and efficient. She answered my questions clearly and helped me feel at ease before my road test. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized.nnA big thank you to my driving examiner as well. She was professional, calm, and gave clear instructions throughout the test. I was nervous at first, but her demeanor helped me relax and focus on driving safely. She treated me with respect and made the whole experience less intimidating.nnOverall, I appreciate how the staff here treat people—professional, courteous, and human. Highly recommend this location if you're going for your road test!

This is the worst drive test Center in Canada. The person who is in the counter is rude and instructor of this Center has a pre set intention of failing you. They cancel your test just for a small dent in the windscreen which is on the passenger side and been repaired. And also it’s less than 5 cm. They just made up their own safety rules by themself. Not sure what to say about them. It feels to me it’s a scam to rip off your money and they do it intentionally.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. The white lady with the accent who did my driving test was unbelievably rude and disrespectful from the moment I met her. She didn’t talk like a professional at all — instead, she kept yelling and scolding me throughout the whole test for no reason. It felt like she already decided to fail me before I even started driving.nnI was already nervous, but she made it ten times worse. Her tone, her attitude, everything about the way she treated me was cruel and discouraging. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when taking such an important test. I walked out shaking, not because of the test — but because of how badly she spoke to me.nnIf anyone else had the same experience, please speak up. People like her shouldn’t be allowed to test others. She doesn’t belong in a job that deals with the public. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did.

I feel like Woodstock Drivetest Centre is a good location to take the test overall. However, there’s one examiner there who is pulling the overall Google score down for this location. You never know if you’ll be matched with that examiner until the last minute, so it’s better not to take the risk and take the test there.

I had my first G test appointment at 1:33 pm on Monday and I have been driving on pretty much all 400 highways. The fist thing I noticed when I entered the drive test was that there were 2 gentlemen sitting down waiting which seemed like for hours. I later then get my ticket and head to my vehicle waiting patiently for the instructor. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied in the way the driver instructor has acted throughout my test and also after with the way she treated my vehicle. She came to my car and asked me my information and to confirm things which I asked her to repeat herself more than twice before she raised her voice. She later enters my vehicle and reclines her seat alllll the way back practically laying down. Then before giving me my instructions on what I am and not to do and what she cannot and will not tell me to do, she keeps looking at my back seat and the expensive shoes that I have behind my seat and the extra pair of clothes. I later proceeded with my driving and I am very and I mean very cautious and over dramatic when looking at my mirrors because I failed my g2 test only because of that. But she tells me directions in an inverted way which hardly made sense and tells me to merge onto the road while 2 police cruisers were right in front of my passing. I refused and she marked me did not listening to her instructions. While I am driving and looking out my windows I see her constantly looking at my back seat and not paying attention to my actual driving. We then get off of the high way and the speed limit goes from 100-60 which requires the brakes because it is also a slightly sharp turn. As I slow down with another police officer in front of me. She yells at me saying “sirrrr” take my foot off the break while I am still doing 100 in a 60. I then head back to the main road back to the drive test and the speed changes from 50-40 I start going 40 and she tells me we need to stay at the correct speed. Which changed already but she wouldn’t know if she wasn’t constantly looking at my personal belongings in my back seat. She proceeds to tell me that I failed because I wasn’t looking out my windows and because of the speed. I then asked are you sure that is the reason why she failed me and she got out my car and slammed my door. This is very unprofessional and if you can’t contain your childish behaviour and emotions in a government work environment then you need to find a different workplace. I wish there was a way for me to actually get my money and time back from this disappointment but unfortunately this is the government. I do not recommend this location at all and prefer people go to Scarborough drive test or Newmarket. It seems like because that location hardly has any form of generating money they go onto failing people for their license. This lady needs to get fired or charged because I have read multiple reviews and it seems like the same lady each time.
