Serandib Travel 1

We got to know about Serandib Travel through an acquaintance about 5 years ago, and since then we have been using their services. We have made many travel arrangements through their travel agency in Markham. In our recent travel to India, they made sure that we got a reasonable rate for our flights; the guide who was assigned for us in Chennai, was very accommodating and abided to our requests and even last minute travel changes were well incorporated into the itinerary. We have recommended their services to many of our family members and friends. Keep up the good work Serandib Travel.

Using their service with no issues for the past seven years. On my recent booking, realized their customer service deteriorated so badly and had a very unpleasant phone call with their sales person Sunny - bullying the customers with very bad phone etiquette and disrespecful. Will reconsider to deal with Serandib again in future.

I happened to just walk in few months ago, after an appointment with my Dr. on the same building. SERANDIB was just about to close and it was pass 07.30pm. The only gentleman who was still there on the phone when I walked in, his name was Sonny. Despite the fact of time; he was being very patient, extremely polite and very professional and explain everything to me in very detailed manner about a vacation package. I took so much time with Sonny because he was super friendly and WELL SPOKEN and VERY POLITE; not realizing they close at 07.30. Not once Sonny rushed me out. And when I asked him what time they close? He said with a big bright smile "half an hour ago sir" First of all, I was dressed very poor and I never expected him to call me "sir". The very 1st thought came to my mind, which I spoke out to him and said "Oh, so you must be the owner ? Working so hard and late?" again with a beautiful big bright smile and a very humble tone Sonny said "I wish, hopefully one day, but for now, I am just another worker here, sir". I have not experienced such a great service , professionalism, WELL SPOKEN!!, WELL DRESSED!!, taking ownership, warm, welcoming, PATIENCE WITH UNDERSTANDING!! and OUTSTANDING WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER CARE; in a very long time. I am a very successful businessman and drives a TOP OF THE LINE MASERATI! why am I saying this? Because the last time I received such an outstanding service; was at my dealership, of course because each time I spend at least good few thousands there!! But here, I received even a far superior service beyond belief; Sonny not knowing nor have seen what I drove or who I was!! With so much confident, I say to all those who shops around to save a buck or two? Don't be foolish, there's a lot that money can not buy!!! Just go to SERANDIB! 1000000000% VALUE FOR MONEY!! Keep up that great smile Sonny ! Great job buddy!! You will rise to the top very soon!! Cheers !!

Few days ago I called SERANDIB TRAVEL to get a quote to go to SWISS and spoke with a very nice gentleman named Sonny. He took time and most importantly, he was extremely polite, very professional, well spoken!!!! HIGHLY respectful, highly knowledgeable, full of character and was super friendly! I felt very easy and very comfortable to speak and deal with him. Sonny sent me a quotation via email and I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED to see the layout, choice of words and presentation of that email. To me it was like, as if someone is applying for job...and that how good and nicely laid out it was! I have never ever seen any travel agent / agency presenting a quote to me in such a professional manner via email as well as over the phone; ever in my whole here in this continent of North America! I would HIGHLY recommend SERANDIB to the rest of the WORLD! Every organization here in North America who deals with public, must visit SERANDIB TRAVEL and MUST learn the REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from SERANDIB!!! SERANDIB TRAVEL is a world class travel agency that maintains EXTREMELY high standards all across the board! Keep it up SERANDIB! And keep it up Sonny! EXCELLENT JOB!

I have been booking tickets from Serendib for last 3 years. My last experience with Serendib is disappointing. They only care about money. Don't take advice from them. They just pressurize you to pay, even though, they knew the price going to go down. Use redtag.ca to booking. They gives you price drop Guaranty

Booked our tickets with Mr . Prabha who is very very helpful and understood the needs and tried his best to get the deal and advise on every travel tips.would definitely recommend to everyone.
