I went with Al Madinah Hajj travel to the holy places to perform Hajj this year. I was very pleased with the service I received and the team did its utmost to assist the hajjis to perform their rites and to deal with any challenges. I am very satisfied with the package and the service I received.

Chaos all over / poor management I went with Almadeena Hajj Travel for Hajj in 2017. I. Paid $ 12.500 Canadian dollars. The service that was promised was not provided. Was no management since arrive to Saudi Arabia. No specific buses for the group during Manassek .The distance from Mina camp to Gamarrat was 1 and half hours walking to Gamarrat and 1 and Half hour to come back to the camp. No specific information was provided about that distance. The food was terrible in the camp every day was the same. No one there speak English while traveling in Stoning time at Mina to help the group. Each time to go to Gamarrat the group separated and nobody care about the 74 years old person with us. In Arafat and Muzdalefa was a chaos about the services that we received. In Jadah the hotel was below 2 stars and didn't have enough rooms to accommodate everybody ..Then they transferred some people from our group to other hotel . In our way to the airport we chair a buss with other agency. No assistance at the airport was provide .I do not recommend to anyone to travel with Almadeena Hajj and Travel to go to Hajj or Umra

A very good group who tried to make the trip as smooth as possible. The only main issues were with things beyond their control. Otherwise there were very few hiccups. When we did have issues and told the organisers, they did their best to resolve our concerns. Nothing is ever perfect and we should understand that there are many variables during such a global event beyond anyone's control. I give this group an A+.
