Ask around and you will hear many many horror stories about going with baggia travels
 They'll create fake problems and charge you extra. I'm not talking about a few dollars here and there.  In the hundreds and thousands. 

For the sake of everyone, STAY AWAY FROM BAGGIA TRAVELS

Would give a 0 rating if I could.  Rude ,money hungry thieves. If you're spending thousands of dollars traveling then go with a reliable and trustworthy travel agency, NOT these guys

I went to umrah, via Frankfurt with my family, including my mother-in-law and with my child who has special needs. As per promise, everything was pre arranged and on time. Airport transfers, special drive to Madinah and a flight from Madinah to Jeddah to Frankfurt to Toronto, hotel stays near by Haram Sharif, everything was amazing. absolutely no complaints. A bit expensive but hassle free service. May Allah give him reward for all this.

my father just  came back from Hajj in short those people were unable to give us service as they promissed very Rude no costumer service and very cheep and low grade food moreover  hotel was not as it was described especially in Makkah no costumer sevice All they care about making money please please if yor are spending thousands of dollar for hajj and Umra and  looking for good service go somewhere else not with these people i would give 0 rating if i could

Amazing hajj journey with Ahmad bhai and his team. Me and my wife we went to Hajj last year 2016 and we are fully satisfied for what they are doing. I don't know why some people complain about food and accommodation. May Allah give them more and more and put baraka in their business.

highly recommended for all.  Very courteous and more than professional administration all time during hajj. hotels close to haram. nice food , v good service. may Allah give barakah in there life , health and wealth. ameen
