Review for Sephora AjaxnnI purchased a Sephora blush palette from this location back in July, but when I finally opened it to use, I discovered it was completely broken. When I brought it back to the store, I was told about the 30-day return policy, which I completely understand. However, I asked to speak with the manager to see if there could be an exception. The manager advised me to call Customer Care, saying they could help.nnWhen I called Customer Care, they told me they cannot assist with in-store purchases and that this issue could only be handled by the store. This left me completely stuck — was the manager misinformed, or was Customer Care wrong? Either way, I was given incomplete information and no resolution. To make matters worse, the manager was a bit dismissive, which made the situation feel even more frustrating.nnAt this point, I’ve decided I will only order my products online in the future, since the in-store experience felt disorganized and unhelpful. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that Sephora Ajax improves its communication and ensures both staff and Customer Care give consistent, accurate information to customers.
I had amazing service today by Samara. She did a thorough shade match and was educated on matching olive toned, medium and deeper skin tones. She was warm and attentive. My mom who easily gets overwhelmed at cosmetic stores saw how Samara helped me and ended up joining in to get a shade match also. My mom has a physical disability and Samara found ways to make her comfortable, finding a spot for her to sit while helping her find some products and matching her. This is a huge change in service I've experienced at this location in the past. We wish her all the best :
5 star rating for Gabby. Excellent costumer service. I came here to exchange a concealer- I wasn't expecting to get help since I know this location is busy. I was pleasantly surprised. Gabby was kind enough to discuss my concerns in depth, recommended a different concealer, & matched my shade perfectly. Its become my holy grail. Thank you Gabby, you are awesome!!
My first time shopping at Sephora for my daughter and my wife a wonderful lady named Rolanda was able to answer every question I had. Rolanda knew all the products she new what was popular and what was not. Rolanda had a lot of good advice and reasons why those were the selection That would be most suitable for my needs. Definitely will only be shopping at that Sephora, even though they opened a new one down the road, the staff was all friendly, but Rolanda made it exceptionally pleasant with the knowledge And the experience. She definitely should be recognized by the corporation as a shining star.
Had the most incredible experience today at this location. Zara was the lovely lady helping me and oh gosh is she the best. Top tier customer service, amazing product suggestions, and just put a smile on my face. I came in like a lost puppy shopping for a friend and left with a bag full of her awesome suggestions. I hope her manager sees this because Zara deserves all the praise for her hard work and kindness!!!!
