Review for Sephora AjaxnnI purchased a Sephora blush palette from this location back in July, but when I finally opened it to use, I discovered it was completely broken. When I brought it back to the store, I was told about the 30-day return policy, which I completely understand. However, I asked to speak with the manager to see if there could be an exception. The manager advised me to call Customer Care, saying they could help.nnWhen I called Customer Care, they told me they cannot assist with in-store purchases and that this issue could only be handled by the store. This left me completely stuck — was the manager misinformed, or was Customer Care wrong? Either way, I was given incomplete information and no resolution. To make matters worse, the manager was a bit dismissive, which made the situation feel even more frustrating.nnAt this point, I’ve decided I will only order my products online in the future, since the in-store experience felt disorganized and unhelpful. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that Sephora Ajax improves its communication and ensures both staff and Customer Care give consistent, accurate information to customers.
Very large selection of high quality products, bright and clean store. Nick was very helpful and had high expertise in the products they carry. He listened to my requests in what I was looking for in a product and helped me to find suitable options. He took the time to try on different colours to ensure a seamless match. He made what could have been a stressful situation of trying to navigate all the options into a much more pleasant experience. Thank you again Nick, I appreciate your assistance today!
Kadisha was so helpful!! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect eyebrow products. She tested a few different ones and gave me lots of options to choose from. I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a great experience that I thought it was worth mentioning. Thanks Kadisha and to everyone else who was super welcoming and friendly! Definitely recommend this Sephora!!
I visited your store while carrying a shopping bag from another store. During my visit, one of your employees repeatedly followed me around and continuously looked at my bag as if they suspected me of stealing. I found this behavior uncomfortable and inappropriate.nI brought my concern to the store manager, expecting the matter to be addressed professionally. However, instead of listening to my concern or offering an explanation, the manager spoke to me rudely, raised her voice, and told me to leave the store.nI understand that stores have the right to monitor for theft, but customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. I was disappointed by both the employee's conduct and the manager's response. I would appreciate it if this incident could be reviewed and appropriate action taken to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.
I got my makeup done for the first time and Selin made my experience awesome. She accomodated my dry skin and gave me the best results possible. I felt super confident and happy after. She also was so great at asking questions throughout and making sure I was comfortable with the process. Thanks Selin!!!
