The staff is very helpful when you ask questions and their customer service is excellent. The staff's professionalism and good service is what impressed me! The storage bays are clean and the security is excellent. I did appreciate the climate control on snowy cold days. It was so nice unloading my vehicle indoors in a heated bay on cold days. The entire process of loading and unloading was easy and their was always good carts available to use.
I would 10/10 use Sentinel Storage again. They have many locations, and access to the locations are super convenient. I was able to easily access my unit, and use the storage bays for unloading. The staff at the Argyll location are beyond friendly and helpful. They always responded to my inquires in a timely manner. It’s a hassle free storage company! 10/10 would recommend!
Easy access. Good location. Lots of room in the bays to unload/load items. Customer staff at front desk were very friendly & helpful. The hours of operation were accommodating for my needs. Would definitely use them again & recommend Sentinal Storage to a friend/acquaintance.
Great staff. Very secure premises. Like that the locker is accessed from inside the building. Hours of operation to access storage unit are phenomenal! Lots of parking available at the site. Dollies and carts available to move things in and out . Very pleased. Would recommend this clean organized business to anyone! Would use again for sure!
We were moving the the USA for work, and needed a solution for our belongings as we had showings for our home. Sentinel at Argyll were quick, efficient, friendly and the units are clean. The loading bay was great to be out of the weather and the hours were convenient. My only advice, the loading bays could be better setup so they would be level with vehicles to unload.
Sabrina and Michelle were a dream to work with securing a unit! All my calls and emails were answered promptly and with the most professionalism. Go to Argyll in Edmonton for your storage needs!

I have rented many storage lockers and this was such a great building, secure, safe and the staff were very friendly and so easy to deal with.
My first ever storage unit experience. The staff were very knowledgeable & friendly. The space was always spotless and well lit.
Not only was the most pleasant experiance but Jessica was direct and explained everything perfectly and Melissa was a delight and constance I belive was wonderful addition toy experiance.
